I am a beautiful Orange Wing Amazon. I came into rescue through no fault of my own as my dear owner passed away.

I lived in an aviary with other birds my size and lived a wonderful life.

When I arrived at the rescue, it took me a long time to adjust to being in a cage. However, I soon realised that this was my safe place and that I could come out whenever I wanted.

I am a very calm amazon and I’m not noisy at all. I do really like a shower, although only when I ask for it. During my time in a safe house, i learned that taking treats from hands was a good thing, I learned the start of target training, and I was super good at it.

​I don’t know how to step up, although I think I really want to.

​I don’t really have a preference for men or women, but what I do need is someone who will take their time with me and go at my pace. I have a lot of love to give.

​I am on a diet and I have been slowly learning about fresh food, which I really enjoy!
