we have a beautiful pair of orange winged Amazon’s looking for a new home, they both came in as single birds and after being worked on separately in different foster homes to get them tame they both went to the same hone.

Sadly there was an issue on their new home which was thru no fault of the birds and they had to come back within a few days. However during their time reunited in that home they showed for the first time they wanted to be together, shared a cage, sat together, ate together.

So after a couple weeks back here to cement that relationship we are now looking for a home for them together. They share a large cage. which they will be bringing with them.

Captain and maverick will need regular interaction to ensure the work the girls have done on socialising these birds is maintained.

Captain will climb on you and play with your hair. Maverick likes children, and he would fly to his fosterer on command for a treat reward. He can however give a bite if frightened so he needs to e given the time to go to you.

Please be aware Amazon’s are quite noisy birds and altho they are quiet the majority of the day they will kick off a few times for a few mins per day so consider of your neighbours will hear them and if they will mind.
